Terms of Service

1. The service

x3lab lets you generate applications with AI for a one-time fee of $20 per generation, and buy or sell generated applications on the marketplace. Generation fees are charged before a build starts and cover one complete build, including retries of failed stages.

2. Marketplace sales

Creators earn 70% of each sale of their apps; x3lab retains a 30% platform commission. Buyers receive the application source code, documentation, and a commercial-use license as described on the product page.

3. AI-generated content

Applications are generated by AI from your description. While we aim for working, high-quality output, generated software is provided as-is and may require adjustments for your specific use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use x3lab to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing software. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Refunds

Generation fees are non-refundable once a build has completed. If a build cannot be completed after retries, contact support for a refund of the generation fee.
